| For most business applications there is no installation needed. | ||

||
| Are firewalls an issue? | ||
| iSeeCommunications works through the majority of corporate firewalls with no modifications required. | ||
| Is iSeeCommunications complicated to use? | ![]() |
|
| No, the content is stored in a simple, easy to use tree format (very much like Windows Explorer) and you simply ‘click to display’ the content as shown in the image to the right. Training usually takes half a day to complete. | ||
| Does Media Logic provide the content? | ||
No, iSeeCommunications uses standard ‘web format’ content or presentations directly from business applications. Media Logic can provide complete systems integration regardless of scale if required. |
||
| How is the content integrated with our backend systems? | ||
If customer information can be displayed directly from a business application then no integration is required. If the content is sourced from a folder structure or content management system then little or no integration is required. For specific backend business systems a level of integration may be required which would be similar to providing a ‘web enabled’ front end. |
